YemenOnline- August 22,2008-  Secretary General of the Nasserite party ,Sultan Al-Atwani declared to YemenOnline that the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP)  will not boycott the coming elections on 2009 . We will meet tomorrow to decide how to deal with the requirements of the next stage" Al-Atwani added. A large part of what is happening because the absence of the leader of JMP Sheikh Abdallah Al-Ahmar who died at the beginning of this year" Ali Saif , Former secretary-general of the Nasserite Party says .  Parliament has not rejected the constitutional amendments, but gave up and approved the old law. Therefore, the constitutional amendments remain to be raised again.
