Yemen : Kremlin says it’s unaware of Houthi security guarantees for Russian ships in Red Sea
The Kremlin said on Friday it was unaware of any security guarantees extended by Yemen’s Houthis toward Russian and Chinese cargo ships in the Red Sea, after reports of an agreement between Moscow, Beijing and the Houthis.
