Egypt : Sisi, Sheikh bin Zayed Witness Launch of Ras Al-Hikma Development Project

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, witnessed the launch of Ras Al-Hikma Development Project. The event was attended by Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, as well as a number of Egyptian and Emirati businessmen.
During the event, a visual presentation about the project's objectives and components was displayed, highlighting its significant economic, investment, real estate, tourism, and environmental importance. The two Presidents were also briefed on the region's advantages, integrated services, and the developmental and economic opportunities provided by the project.
President El-Sisi and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed witnessed the signing of contracts by several Egyptian and Emirati companies, marking the commencement of work on the project.
President El-Sisi and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed expressed gratitude and appreciation to all those involved in the project’s execution from both the Egyptian and Emirati sides over the past period. They emphasized the project’s importance in strengthening economic and investment relations between the two brotherly nations, considering it a model for constructive developmental partnership between Egypt and the UAE.
Furthermore, the two leaders witnessed the launch of a partnership among several international, Egyptian, and Emirati companies, aimed at promoting innovation in the smart electric vehicle sector in the Middle East and North Africa.
