Saudi Arabia aiding injured Yemenis with rehab sessions
The Artificial Limbs and Rehabilitation Center in Yemen’s Aden governorate is providing crucial medical aid for injured Yemenis through the support of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
In April, the center carried out 460 services, helping 339 people. Prosthetic limbs provided by workers aided in the recovery of 151 patients. The center’s duties include the delivery, measurement and maintenance of prosthetic limbs, as well as physiotherapy services, physical therapy sessions and specialized consultations, which have also helped 188 Yemenis.
It comes as part of the humanitarian projects implemented by the Kingdom, represented by KSrelief, to improve the country’s health sector and support the Yemeni people.
