IDF Announces Interception of Drone from Yemen
The Israeli military announced on Thursday that it intercepted a drone launched from Yemen toward the city of Eilat. The drone was detected and stopped before entering Israeli airspace.
According to the army’s statement, the drone did not cause any damage or injuries. Air defense systems responded quickly and neutralized the threat over the Red Sea.
Initial assessments suggest that the drone was launched by Houthi forces in Yemen. The Israeli army confirmed that it remains on high alert and will continue to protect its borders from any hostile activity.
