Sana’a – The Ministry of Public Health in Sana’a, controlled by the Houthi movement, has released a report claiming that recent U.S. and Israeli airstrikes on various parts of Yemen have resulted in 319 deaths and 1,357 injuries.

According to the statement, the casualties include civilians from multiple governorates, with the majority concentrated in northern border regions and strategic infrastructure zones. The ministry described the attacks as “brutal and unjustified,” accusing Washington and Tel Aviv of targeting populated areas and vital facilities.

The figures have not been independently verified, and no official response has been issued by U.S. or Israeli authorities regarding the alleged strikes. 

The announcement comes amid heightened regional tensions and growing concerns over the humanitarian impact of cross-border military operations. Human rights organizations have previously called for impartial investigations into airstrikes affecting civilian populations in Yemen.

The Houthi-led health ministry urged international bodies to condemn the attacks and provide urgent medical and humanitarian assistance to affected communities.
