President of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad al-Alimi, sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, expressing Yemen’s heartfelt wishes to the Emirati leadership and people.
