Sana'a — Israel’s defense establishment is intensifying preparations for a possible multi-front confrontation involving Hezbollah in Lebanon, Iran, and Houthi militias in Yemen, according to security officials.

Military sources said the Israeli army has reinforced its northern border with Lebanon amid escalating tensions with Hezbollah, while also monitoring Iranian military activity across the region. 

The Houthis, who have previously targeted Red Sea shipping lanes, are now being factored into Israel’s threat assessments as potential partners in a wider regional escalation.

Officials emphasized that Israel’s readiness measures include bolstering air defense systems, conducting joint military drills, and coordinating closely with allies to deter attacks. 

The heightened alert comes as regional powers exchange warnings over the risk of a broader conflict, with Israel vowing to respond decisively to any aggression.
