The UAE provided urgent relief aid to the people of the village of Al Hulaibi, Mocha District, in Yemen’s Red Sea Coast.
The villagers witnessed the total and partial destruction of their homes and tents due to yesterday’s heavy rains and floods.
The representative of the ERC on the Red Sea Coast, who supervised the distribution of the aid, which included food baskets, furniture and tents, said that the ERC’s rapid response to assist the people in Al Hulaibi is in implementation of the directives of the UAE’s leadership to offer assistance to affected families on the Red Sea Coast and other liberated Yemeni governorates.
The beneficiaries of the aid thanked the UAE’s leadership, government and people for responding quickly.
