Yemen: The United Arab Emirates donates a number of buses to transport passengers inside Aden airport

AIJES - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has provided two large transport buses for passengers as part of a comprehensive plan to complete the rehabilitation of Aden airport and improve the quality of services provided to passengers.
During the delivery of the buses to Aden airport management, the representative of the UAE confirmed during the delivery of the buses to the director of Aden International Airport that the airport will undergo a qualitative leap during the coming period. The services will be improved by providing technical equipment that will facilitate the movement of passengers and their bags and alleviate their suffering. To provide modern equipment for the transfer of luggage, and repair of air conditioning in the halls.
Director of Aden International Airport Tariq Abdo Ali praised the great efforts made by the UAE since the first moments of the liberation of the temporary capital of Aden from the Houthi rebels . The UAE support is the continuation of a series of continuous support provided by the UAE to Aden International Airport since its liberation, Ali said.
He added that these efforts aim to restore Aden airport to its leading position, in addition to alleviating the suffering of passengers especially that the airport was subjected to great destruction by the coup militia.
Ali also noticed that the efforts of the UAE contributed to the return of Aden International Airport to work during the last period, where the airport operates on a regular basis and receives flights on a daily basis.
He added that a UAE technical committee recently visited the airport to inspect the deficiencies needed by Aden International Airport and promised to complete them soon.
