The country is confronting the "worst health catastrophe", according to Yemeni diplomat.
Tehran Times quoted Moataz al-Qurashi, a health consultant in the Yemeni embassy in Syria as saying, "Yemen is experiencing the worst health catastrophe at the regional level since more than a hundred years ago."
He further said that, "Epidemics and diseases such as Malaria and others have become rampant."
Thousands of civilians have been killed or wounded, and at least 3.6 million people have been required to flee their homes because of the conflict that involves many regional and international countries, after the beginning of a full-scale war on Yemen in 2015 by the Saudi-UAE coalition.
