Aden — Yemen has extended warm congratulations to the United Arab Emirates on the occasion of its 54th National Day, marking the anniversary of the Union.

President of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad al-Alimi, sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, expressing Yemen’s heartfelt wishes to the Emirati leadership and people.

In his message, al-Alimi praised the UAE’s achievements over the past decades and highlighted the strong ties of brotherhood and cooperation between the two nations. 

He reaffirmed Yemen’s appreciation for the UAE’s continued support in humanitarian and development fields, underscoring the importance of solidarity in facing regional challenges.

The congratulatory message reflects Yemen’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and its recognition of the UAE’s role as a key partner in promoting stability and prosperity in the Arab world.
