5 Women Killed in Wedding Hall Bombing in Yemen

At least 5 women were killed and 5 others were injured as an artillery shell fell on Hodeidah, western Yemen, on Friday evening, according to Yemeni local sources.
The Yemeni army and the Houthis exchanged accusations about the bomber.
In a statement, the Media Center for the Yemeni Army said: “An artillery shell fired by the Houthi militia on Friday evening at a women’s wedding hall killed 5 and wounded 7 others.”
The statement added that the shell was fired by Houthi elements from the side of one of the parks under the group’s control east of Hodeidah.
On Wednesday, a powerful explosion rocked the Aden Airport shortly after a plane carrying the new Yemeni government landed on Wednesday, according to local sources.
According to eyewitnesses, the attack on the airport left 25 people killed and 110 injured.
They added that members of the Yemeni government have not been injured in the attack.
Initial reports indicate that a drone was used in the attack on Aden airport, injuring at least 20 people.
