36 prisoners set free in swap between Houthis, Yemeni gov't
Xinhua news agency qouted military spokesperson as saying that the Yemeni government and the Houthi rebel group exchanged 36 detainees in the turmoil north-eastern province of Marib on Sunday.
On condition of anonymity, the local security spokesman said that the Houthi rebel group had released 18 prisoners linked to the government troops following tribal mediation.
The source further included that in the meantime, the government forces released 18 Houthi group fighters seized during previous battles.
