Saudi-Led Coalition Destroys 22 Houthi Military Vehicles in Strikes in Yemen
On Thursday, the Saudi-led coalition announced that 22 Houthi military vehicles have been destroyed and Houthi fighters killed in strikes on Marib and Hajjah in Yemen.
Fierce battles are ongoing between the Yemeni army, backed by the resistance forces, and the Houthi militias, in northwest Ma’rib, towards Al-Hazm, the center of Al-Jawf Governorate.
The past hours witnessed the army and resistance forces carry a counter-attack on Houthi positions east of Al-Hazm city, according to Al-Arabiya TV.
Field sources told Al Arabiya on Wednesday that during the past twenty-four hours the Houthis militia carried out three consecutive attacks, in an attempt to penetrate the Yemeni army’s fortifications in the Laeref area.
The sources also said the Houthis have several members in the attack, that it when pro-government forces carried out a counter-attack in which they were able to reach the outskirts of Mount Al Qashe’ and take control of advanced positions.
