Current US and Uk strikes in Yemen do not weaken the Houthis' military capabilities, Expert says

Paris, YOL- The President of the Yemeni National Center of human Rights and Democratic Development NCHRDD Jamal Alawadhi said that there is no American-British aggression against Yemen, there is a Houthi aggression against international shipping in the Red sea. The countries of the world have the right to defend their companies and interests and strike the party that practices piracy, Alawadhi said.
He added to YOL that the last aerial attacks perpetrated by the US and UK against Houthi targets in a number of Yemeni cities were very limited but it considered as a clear warning messages. These strikes will not weaken the Houthis' military capabilities, especially since US and UK warned them before the attack, and this violates the known rules of engagement, Alawadhi noticed.
Jamal Alawadhi as president of NCHRDD organized in Brussels, November 03,2014 the first confrernce that calls for peace bertween all parties in Yemen. At the beginning of the preparations for the conference, the Houthis agreed to participate and sent the names of three of their representatives, but later, on the same day the participants left from Sanaa for Brussels, and for an unknown reason, they announced their non-participation, except for Ali Al-Bukhaiti, a member of the Houthis’ political council, who insisted on participating in his name. The conference resulted to announce Brussels Declaration of National Reconciliation in Yemen.
