The Arab Coalition supporting the Yemeni government issued 31 permits to Yemeni ports carrying basic materials, oil derivatives and foodstuffs, Official said to YOL
There were 37 air permits, 4 land permits and 170 permits to protect convoys, with a total of 242 permits within four days, official added.
