Cholera claims 25 lives in Yemen

A medical source said on Saturday that about 25 people have died from Cholera and acute watery diarrhea in Lahj city in Yemen in the previous 2 months.
The source was quoted saying that "there is an increase in the death cases in Lahj as a result of cholera and acute watery diarrhea in recent months".
He also added that the emergency statistics at the Health Department of Lahj showed that about 4,500 people are affected with cholera.
Cholera has massively struck rural areas and villages in Lahj province as a result of the lack of health care there.
