Yemeni Gov’t, Houthis Arrive in Muscat for UN‑Sponsored Prisoner Talks
Muscat — Delegations from Yemen’s internationally recognized government and the Houthi movement completed their arrival today in Muscat, the Omani capital, to prepare for a new round of consultations on the issue of detainees and abductees. The talks are scheduled to begin Thursday morning under the auspices of the United Nations.
This round is part of ongoing UN efforts to advance progress on one of the most pressing humanitarian files in Yemen’s peace process.
