Houthi militia fires ballistic missile from Amran province in Yemen: Arab coalition

The Iran-backed Houthi militia launched a ballistic ballistic missile from the province of Amran and fell in Saada, in Yemen, the hArab coalition fighting to restore the internationally-recognized government.
In a statement on SPA, Spokesperson, Col. Turki Al-Maliki said the missile was launched on Tuesday afternoon from the Harf Sufyan directorate, a civilian site.
Col. Al-Maliki said that the Houthi militia continues to violate international humanitarian law and its customary rules by firing ballistic missiles, which indiscriminately fall on civilians and and their direct impact on populated centers threatens the lives of hundreds of innocent civilians inside Yemen.
He added that the coalition’s joint forces continue to take strict and deterrent measures to neutralize and destroy these ballistic capabilities to protect the Yemeni people and to regional and international security.A.awsat
