UAE FM Abdullah bin Zayed Holds Phone Call with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Yemen Developments
Abu Dhabi – UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call from U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
The call discussed the strong strategic relations between the two countries, as well as regional developments, including the situation in Gaza and the latest developments in Yemen.
During the conversation, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed reaffirmed the UAE’s steadfast commitment to working with the United States and all partners to build sustainable peace in the region and strengthen security and stability for the benefit of its peoples.
The two sides also exchanged greetings on the occasion of the upcoming New Year.
