AIJES: A UAE cargo ship carrying food aid landed in the port of Mukalla in Yemen's Hadramout province on Wednesday.
The head of the UAE Red Crescent team in Hadramout Ahmed al-Nayadi said that the ship is carrying 50 thousand food baskets in addition to material in kind, including clothes and blankets to be distributed to the governorates of Hadramout, Marib and Shabwa.
He stressed the keenness of the Authority to provide relief and humanitarian support to alleviate the suffering of Yemeni families and provide all that would meet the needs of Yemenis of relief and humanitarian assistance in accordance with directives of the UAE leadership.
