Yemeni authorities announced the arrest of two Iranian sailors working for the Houthi group in the eastern part of the country.
The arrests were made as the individuals attempted to enter Yemeni territory illegally, allegedly smuggling weapons and restricted materials.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the accused were transporting shipments through Djibouti to the coasts of Al-Mukha, with Iranian funding and support.
The arrested individuals are currently undergoing legal procedures in preparation for their referral to competent authorities.
