The outage, which affected both mobile and internet services, was reported to have originated from a critical infrastructure failure

The disruption has caused widespread frustration, as families rely heavily on telecommunications to share greetings and coordinate festivities during Eid.

The timing of the failure has heightened its impact, as Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan and is traditionally a time for family gatherings and community celebrations.
