Yemen : Masam Project Dismantles 551 Explosives Last Week
The Masam Project, an initiative by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), has made significant progress in its mission to clear Yemen of explosives.
During the third week of March 2025, the project successfully dismantled 551 explosives across various regions of Yemen. These included 513 unexploded ordnance, 35 anti-tank mines, and four explosive devices.
Since its inception, the Masam Project has removed a staggering total of 485,501 explosives, which were randomly planted across Yemeni territories. These explosives have posed a severe threat to civilians, causing loss of life and hindering daily activities.
