The purpose of the Yemen Health Delegate is to support the achievement of humanitarian objectives through coordinating the design and implementation of the NorCross Primary health care and community outreach project in line with technical standards and best practices and any other health related issues.

Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop the capacity of the Host National Society primary health care services and ensure abidance by NorCross standards and WHO best practices.
- Develop the capacity of the Host National Society in community outreach and ensure relevant reference to NorCross developed standards and methodologies.
- Develop the capacity of the Host National Society in health program management including assessment of needs, planning, implementation, reporting, preparation of contextualized Information, Education and Communication materials, among others

The Yemen Health Delegate will support the RC movement coordination and cooperation around health aspects and will provide the necessary technical support for YRCS to implement project related activities, as well support to move as possible from projects to programs in coordination with NorCross country programme manager.
