Yemen : Iran Denies Aiding Houthi Rebels Following U.S. Strikes and Trump's Warning

Iran has firmly denied allegations of supporting Yemen's Houthi rebels after a series of U.S. airstrikes targeted Houthi-controlled areas. The strikes, which reportedly killed at least 31 people, were described by U.S. officials as a response to Houthi attacks on international shipping in the Red Sea.
President Donald Trump issued a stern warning to Iran, holding it "fully accountable" for its alleged backing of the Houthis.
However, Iranian officials have dismissed these claims, with General Hossein Salami of the Revolutionary Guard stating that Iran "plays no role in setting the operational policies" of its allied groups.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi also urged the U.S. to halt its strikes, emphasizing that Washington cannot dictate Iran's foreign policy.
The situation has escalated tensions in the region, with both sides vowing further action. The international community is closely monitoring developments as the humanitarian crisis in Yemen deepens.
