UAE offers expat residents in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain 30-day visas

The UAE offers extendable 30-day visas to expat residents from across the GCC, the UAE Digital Government has announced.
The visa must be applied for online and be obtained prior to travel. Once approved the visa is valid for 30 days only, although it may be extended for a further 30 days.
The visa is offered to expat residents of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
A statement on the UAE digital government website said: “GCC residents and their companions need to apply online for a visa and must obtain it before arriving in the UAE. The visa is valid for 30 days and is extendable once for 30 days”.
The visa is only valid if passports have at least six months before their expiry date and GCC residency is valid for at least one year from the date of arrival in the UAE.
