Yemenia Airways to Resume Flights Between Aden and Abu Dhabi Starting January 2026
ADEN — Yemen Airways, the country’s national carrier, announced it will resume flights between Aden and Abu Dhabi beginning in January 2026.
Mohsen Haidarah, Deputy General Manager for Commercial Affairs, said the airline has received official clearance to restart operations on January 10, with two weekly flights scheduled every Saturday and Tuesday.
Haidarah added that the resumption of flights is part of Yemen Airways’ broader expansion and development plans under the leadership of Chairman Captain Nasser Mahmoud, aimed at strengthening the airline’s fleet and extending its destinations from Aden and other liberated governorates to a range of regional, Arab, and international capitals and cities.
