Al-Mashat's efforts have focused on securing defense equipment and investment in Houthi-controlled industries.
3. Mohamed Ali Al-Houthi: Mohamed Ali Al-Houthi is a member of the SPC and has been involved in coordinating truces with Russia and China. His efforts have included negotiating a moratorium on Houthi strikes on maritime traffic linked to their international supporters.
4. Ali Muhammad Muhsin Salih Al-Hadi: Ali Al-Hadi is the head of the Sana'a Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and plays a crucial role in financing Houthi weapons purchases. He has traveled to Russia to secure defense equipment for Houthi militants.
5. Eshaq Abdulmalek Abdullah Almarwani: Eshaq Almarwani is an aide to Mohammad Abdulsalam and has been involved in the talks with the Russian government. His role includes facilitating the procurement of weapons and support for the Houthi movement.
6. Abdulmalek Abdullah Mohammed E Alagri: Abdulmalek Alagri is a senior Houthi operative who has participated in meetings with Russian officials. His involvement includes negotiating weapons deals and securing support for the Houthi movement.
7. Khaled Hussein Saleh Gaber: Khaled Gaber is another senior Houthi operative who has traveled to Russia to participate in negotiations. His role involves securing weapons and support for the Houthi movement.
